STRENGTH 1Many kinds of raw materials up to 150 varieties
We handle from commodities such as apples, oranges, and grapes, to niche items such as berries, tropical fruits, or vegetables. Moreover, we will make proposals, considering characteristics of raw materials (ex. products with limited production areas or varieties, or domestic raw materials) to meet customers’ demands.
CASE 1
A beverage manufacturer Request new ideas in order not to make customers get tired of their beverage
A beverage manufacturer had sold a beverage using strawberry juice as spring seasonal product. In order to meet their request for new ideas which attract customers, we suggested to use domestic strawberries or a particular kind of berries. The strawberry used for it, named Tochiotome, is one of the most popular varieties among domestic strawberries, and it attracted customers. As a result, the manufacturer succeeded in getting new customers.
STRENGTH 2Various processing methods in accordance with objectives
We have contract manufacturing facilities in Japan, and one of our unique points is that we not only import and sell raw materials, but also process and produce products according to various use applications. Based on customers’ requests, we do re-packing, sterilization, clarification, sorting, or squeezing fruits. In addition, we recently exert ourselves to operate contract manufacturing system in foreign countries.
CASE 2
A beverage manufacturer Hope to efficiently produce products in their new factory
A beverage manufacturer found a problem that they could not handle drums when they started producing grapefruit Zhuhai in their new factory. Therefore we suggested that we re-pack the raw materials in drums to 18L cans in our contracted factory, before delivering the raw materials to them. As a result, they could reduce the disposal cost and operate the factory efficiently, without being troubled by drum handling operation.
STRENGTH 3Suggestions of final products that take advantage of the characteristics of the raw materials
Not only to sell raw materials such as fruit juice and pulp, we recently exert ourselves to help customers develop final products. We can make unique proposals based on our knowledge on raw materials such as fruit sauces or vegetable soup as well as fruit juice and pulp. We also can propose a variety of packaging meeting customers’ requests, from packaging for restaurant chains to one for retail products.
CASE 3
A food service chain Hope to use domestic fruits for their fruit sauce
We receives an inquiry that a restaurant chain would like to use domestic fruits for their fruit sauce used for desserts. We helped them choose appropriate raw materials, develop fruit sauce product, and find a suitable manufacturer, and enable them to procure high-quality and low-cost products. It was realized in a short period of time.
